Acer palmatum 'Baton Rouge'

An unpright, fast growing Japanese Maple. Baton Rouge is a wonderful selection of coral bark maple. It is in very high demand because it can tolerate full sun in southern climates. Spring leaves are coral to orange depending on the light and then turing to green for summer. Fall color is fantastic Orange/yellow. The color continues during the winter months after the leaves have dropped when the bright coral-red bark is visible.
